Table list

Maintain a list of tables. Create a csv at the lowest reasonable level (e.g., if there are 3 subprojects, each subproject can have its own list). The columns should be

name The file name of the table (can use a wildcard if appropriate).
notes Notes/conclusions based on the table, which would form the basis for results/discussion sections.
issues Link to all GitHub issues that the table is discussed.
to-fix Comments about what needs to be changed/fixed in the table.

This table can live on GitHub and does not need to maintained on RAS. Please keep it up to date and tag commits involving this table with the issues in which changes are addressed.
